Gluten Free Soy Sauce 近日発売予定！！

San-JのGluten Free Soy Sauce（小麦を使っていない醤油）を近日発売予定です！通常の醤油は50％が小麦、50%が大豆で作られているのですがこちらの商品は100%大豆な ので蛋白質が濃厚で風味もたっぷりです。塩分控えめのものもありとってもヘルシーです！Organic Gluten Free Soy Sauceも6月下旬頃から販売予定ですので是非お見逃しなく！

We are going to sell Gluten Free Soy Sauce soon! Normally, soy sauce is made with 50% wheat and 50% soy, but this sauce is made with  100% soy. Higher concentration of soy protein gives a richer and smoother flavour than regular soy sauce. There are reduced sodium ones as well which are very healthy. We are also planning to start selling Oraganic Gluten Free Soy Sauce from end of June! Don't miss it!
